About The Sculpt Social

Connecting through movement

We believe that fitness should be collaborative, restorative, and grounded in nature.

Andi & Rae's Vision

The Sculpt Social was born from a simple shared dream between co-founders and instructors, Andi and Rae. As passionate fitness coaches, they wanted to break away from the confining, high-pressure walls of corporate gyms and bring movement back to where it feels most natural—outdoors.

Choosing Dundas Driving Park as their flagship sanctuary, they set out to establish a welcoming haven where local residents could gather every Sunday morning. A space dedicated to strengthening the core, lengthening the body, and cultivating lifelong social connections under the open sky.

Ethos

Our Core Principles

True Inclusivity

We believe that outdoor movement belongs to everyone. All body types, skill ranges, and fitness backgrounds are warmly welcomed. Every single exercise is designed with clear pathways for modification and progression.

Nature Connection

Breathed-in fresh air, grounding earth, and sky views amplify the benefits of physical training. Flowing in a park environment restores mental clarity, releases tension, and builds deeper environmental appreciation.

Lively Community

We do not just sculpt—we connect. The Sculpt Social is a collective of active, supportive individuals. We stay after class to chat, share advice, and celebrate one another's fitness journeys in Dundas and beyond.

The Vibe

What a class feels like

Step onto your mat at Dundas Driving Park and take a deep breath. Under the morning sun, a Sculpt Social class blends low-impact, high-intensity Pilates flows with a curated, energetic playlist.

You will experience bodyweight resistance, localized muscle toning, and functional posture alignment. Expect to sweat, laugh, connect with neighboring mats, and leave feeling deeply energized, refreshed, and aligned for the week ahead.
